I'm going to have kids some day. I think I'm better at understanding what they go through, being young myself; and while I realize that all parents once were young, I feel that I am less likely to lose touch with the feelings of youth by the time I am one, which may be an arrogant flaw of all people my age throughout history.

Or maybe I'm just better than all of them.
